Responsibility: Showing you can be trusted with what is expected of you.Everyone loves a board game night. Your family probably has some favorite games where you know every rule by heart (and you’ll never let each other forget it!). But what do you have to do when you sit down to play a NEW game? Easy. You have to read the instructions. Some people like to figure it out as they go . . . but one way or another, you’ve got to learn the rules before you can play the game correctly. Life is like that, too. You’ve got to follow the rules if you want to live in a responsible way—if you want to show you can be trusted with what is expected of you. All through January, we’ll find out how we can follow some simple Rules for Life that we see in different stories and principles from the Bible.
Memory Verse
